How to view my order history

Access your past orders, invoices, and purchase details from your account.

Your order history contains all the details about your past purchases, including order status, tracking information, and invoices. Here's how to access it.

đź’ˇ You need to have an account and be logged in to view your order history. Guest orders can be tracked using your order number and email.

Accessing Your Order History

Log in to your account

Visit our website and click "Account" or "Sign In" in the top right corner.

Go to "My Orders"

Once logged in, navigate to "My Orders" or "Order History" in your account dashboard.

View order details

Click on any order to see full details including items, prices, shipping info, and tracking.

What Information Is Available

In your order history, you can find:

  • Order number – Unique identifier for each purchase
  • Order date – When the order was placed
  • Order status – Processing, shipped, delivered, etc.
  • Items ordered – Products, sizes, colors, quantities
  • Tracking information – Links to track your shipment
  • Invoice/receipt – Downloadable purchase confirmation

Ordered as a Guest?

If you placed an order without creating an account, you can still track it:

  • Use the tracking number from your confirmation email
  • Visit our "Track Order" page and enter your order number and email
  • Contact support with your order details for assistance
