These SMS Terms of Service govern your use of ShopCare's text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS Program Description
ShopCare's SMS program provides subscribers with text message notifications and updates related to their customer service inquiries, orders, and exclusive promotional offers.

- Promotional messages are typically sent 1-4 times per month
You may receive multiple messages per week during active support cases or order fulfillment.
3. How to Opt-In
You can opt-in to receive SMS messages from ShopCare through any of the following methods:

- Text Keyword: Send START, JOIN, YES, SUBSCRIBE, OPTIN, or UNSTOP to our support number
- Customer Support: Request SMS notifications during a support interaction
Important: By opting in, you provide your express written consent to receive automated marketing text messages. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
4. How to Opt-Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of these methods:
- Reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any message

6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. ShopCare does not charge any fees for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to your plan.
Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on all major US carriers including:
- AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint
- Boost, Cricket, Metro PCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile
- And many other carriers
Coverage and service may vary by carrier. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

ShopCare, mobile carriers, and service providers are not liable for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages
- Messages sent to an incorrect number due to user error
- Carrier technical issues or network failures
- Messages filtered as spam by your device or carrier
11. Program Changes and Termination
ShopCare reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate the SMS program at any time
- Change message frequency or content types
- Update these terms with reasonable notice
Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
