90-Day Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective item, we'll make it right with a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

90-Day Quality Guarantee

Our quality guarantee covers you for 90 days from the delivery date. Here's what's included:

Damaged Items

Items that arrived broken, torn, or physically damaged during shipping. Full refund or replacement provided.

Faulty Items

Products that don't work as described or have manufacturing defects. Full refund or replacement provided.

Wrong Items

You received a different item than what you ordered. Full refund or correct item sent at no extra cost.

Your Refund Options

When you're eligible for a refund, you can choose from:

  • Full refund: Get your money back to your original payment method
  • Replacement: Receive a new item of the same product
  • Exchange: Swap for a different size, color, or product of equal value
  • Partial refund: For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund to keep the item

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:

  • Within 90 days of delivery date
  • In brand new condition as received
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In original packaging (if possible)

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned for non-quality issues:

  • Panties and underwear
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Bra pads and inserts
  • Shapewear and bodysuits
  • Inner-wear items

Exception: If any of these items arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size (not a quality issue), you can still exchange your item within 90 days. In these cases:

  • Exchanges only - no refunds for non-quality issues
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Item must be in brand new, unworn condition
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive your return
