Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This guide will show you how to find and use your tracking information.
💡 Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system.
Where to Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number will be provided in the following ways:
- Email notification: Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with the subject "Your order has been shipped" containing your tracking number.
- Order confirmation page: If you created an account, you can log in and view your order history to find tracking details.
- Contact support: If you can't find your tracking email, contact us with your order number and we'll provide the tracking information.
How to Use Your Tracking Number
Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. It usually looks like a long alphanumeric code.
Go to the shipping carrier's official tracking page (the carrier name is mentioned in your email).
Paste or type your tracking number into the search field and click "Track" to see the current status.
The tracking page will show you each step of the delivery journey, from dispatch to final delivery.
Understanding Tracking Statuses
Here's what common tracking statuses mean:
- Order Processed: Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared.
- Shipped/Dispatched: Your package has left the warehouse and is on its way.
- In Transit: Your package is moving through the shipping network.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local courier and will arrive today.
- Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.
