When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund request has been approved and we've received your returned item (if required), your refund will be processed. Here's what to expect during the refund timeline.

⏱️ Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Here's a breakdown of the typical refund process:

Day 1-2: Request Review

Our team reviews your refund request and approves it if eligible.

Day 3-7: Return Transit (if applicable)

If return is required, ship the item back. Transit time depends on your location.

Day 8-10: Inspection & Processing

We inspect the returned item and initiate the refund to your payment method.

Day 11-15: Bank Processing

Your bank or payment provider processes the refund. This can take 3-5 additional business days.

How to Check Your Refund Status

You can track your refund status through these methods:

  • Contact us: Reach out with your order number for a status update

Haven't Received Your Refund?

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please:

Check your spam folder

Our refund confirmation email may have been filtered to spam or promotions.

Contact your bank

Banks may hold refunds for a few days. Ask about pending credits to your account.

Contact our support

If your bank confirms no pending refund, reach out to us with your order number.

⚠️ Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, you may receive a partial refund:

  • Item returned in non-original condition (signs of use, missing tags)
  • Only part of your order is being returned
  • Agreed upon partial refund for minor quality issues where you keep the item
  • Return shipping deduction (for non-quality related returns)
