If your discount code isn't applying at checkout, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common Reasons
- Code expired: Check the expiration date. Most codes have a limited validity period.
- Minimum order not met: Some codes require a minimum purchase amount (e.g., "10% off orders over $50").
- Product exclusions: Certain items like sale products or new arrivals may be excluded.
- One-time use: If you've used the code before, it won't work again.
- Typo in code: Double-check for extra spaces or incorrect characters.
💡 Copy and paste the code directly from the email to avoid typos. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
Codes Cannot Be Combined
Only one discount code can be used per order. You cannot stack multiple promo codes together. If you have several codes, choose the one that gives you the best discount.
