If you're not satisfied with your order or received a damaged/faulty item, you can request a refund within our 90-day quality guarantee period. Follow the steps below to submit your request.

We offer a 90-day quality guarantee. For damaged or faulty items, we cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange.

Am I Eligible for a Refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Damaged items: Your item arrived damaged or broken
  • Faulty items: The product doesn't work as described
  • Wrong item: You received a different item than ordered
  • Quality issues: The item has manufacturing defects

For non-quality issues (changed your mind, wrong size ordered), exchanges are available within 90 days. Customer pays return shipping in these cases.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Have your order number, email address, and photos of the issue ready (for damaged/faulty items).

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with next steps.

Return the item (if required)

For confirmed faulty items, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Ship the item back in its original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Information We Need

To process your refund quickly, please provide:

  • Order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for refund request
  • Photos showing the damage or defect (if applicable)
  • Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange)

⚠️ Items must be in brand new condition as received. Used, washed, or altered items may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Panties and underwear
  • Socks
  • Bra pads and inserts
  • Shapewear

Exception: If these items arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong item, we will provide a refund or replacement.
