Many customers wonder why there's a gap between placing an order and receiving a shipping notification. This article explains what happens during the processing period and why it's necessary for a smooth delivery experience.

⏱️ Standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Processing is NOT the same as shipping – it's the preparation phase before your order leaves our warehouse.

What is Order Processing?

Order processing is the behind-the-scenes work that happens after you place your order and before it ships. This critical phase ensures your order is accurate and properly prepared for delivery.

The Processing Steps

Here's what happens during the processing period:

1. Payment Verification

We verify your payment has been successfully processed and check for any fraud indicators to protect you.

2. Order Confirmation

Your order details are reviewed and confirmed, including items, quantities, sizes, and colors.

3. Inventory Check

We verify that all items are in stock and available for immediate fulfillment.

4. Picking & Packing

Your items are carefully picked from our warehouse and securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

5. Shipping Label Generated

We create shipping documentation and generate your tracking number, which will be sent to you via email.

Standard Processing Timeframe

  • Standard orders: 2-3 business days
  • Custom/personalized orders: 5-10 business days (additional production time)
  • Pre-order items: Ships on the estimated date provided at checkout

⚠️ During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Why Processing Might Take Longer

Several factors can extend processing time:

  • High order volume: During sales and holidays, we receive more orders than usual.
  • Payment issues: If payment verification fails, there may be delays until resolved.
  • Address verification: Incomplete or unclear addresses require manual review.
  • Custom items: Personalized products require additional production time.
  • Out of stock items: If an item becomes unavailable, we'll contact you about alternatives.

No Tracking After 6 Business Days?

If you haven't received tracking information within 6 business days of payment, please contact our support team. We'll investigate and provide you with an update on your order status.

Remember: You'll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
