We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order after it's been placed. Whether you need to change a size, add an item, or update your shipping address, this guide explains what modifications are possible and how to request them.
⏰ Time is critical! The sooner you contact us about modifications, the better chance we have of making changes before your order enters processing.
Can My Order Be Modified?
Whether we can modify your order depends on its current status:
✅ Order Confirmed (Not Yet Processing)
Great news! If your order hasn't started processing yet, we may be able to make changes. Contact us immediately with your modification request.
⚠️ Order Processing
Modifications are difficult at this stage but sometimes possible. Contact us as soon as possible – we'll do our best to accommodate your request if the items haven't been packed yet.
❌ Order Shipped
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot make any modifications. You'll need to receive the order and then initiate a return or exchange if needed.
What Can Be Modified?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to help with:
- Size or color changes: Switch to a different variant of the same product (subject to availability)
- Quantity adjustments: Increase or decrease item quantities
- Adding items: Add new products to your order (may affect shipping cost)
- Removing items: Remove items from your order (refund will be issued)
- Shipping address: Update delivery address before processing begins
- Contact information: Update email or phone number
⚠️ Custom or personalized items cannot be modified once the order is placed, as production begins immediately. Please double-check all customization details before completing your purchase.
How to Request a Modification
Follow these steps to request changes to your order:
Time is of the essence. Submit a support request or contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the specific changes you'd like to make.
Be specific about what you want to change. For example: "Change Size M to Size L for the Blue Cotton T-Shirt."
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the modification is possible. You'll receive an email update.
Price Differences & Refunds
If your modification results in a price change:
- Higher price: We'll contact you to arrange additional payment before making the change.
- Lower price: The difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Adding items: Additional items and any shipping cost changes will need to be paid before we can update your order.
What If My Order Can't Be Modified?
If we're unable to modify your order because it's already processing or shipped, you have these options:
- Refuse delivery: You can refuse the package when it arrives. It will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
- Return after delivery: Receive the order and initiate a return within our 90-day return window.
- Exchange: Return the incorrect item and place a new order for the correct one, or request an exchange.
