How to cancel an order

Changed your mind about a purchase? We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order. This guide explains when cancellation is possible and how to request it.

Cancellation requests must be made quickly. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You would need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

When Can I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellation is only possible during a very limited window:

  • Before processing: Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing stage
  • Time-sensitive: You have approximately 1-2 hours after placing the order to request cancellation
  • Business hours: Cancellation requests submitted outside business hours may not be processed in time

💡 Our order processing time is 2-3 business days. Once processing begins, the order is prepared for shipment and cannot be stopped.

How to Request Cancellation

Follow these steps to request an order cancellation:

Contact us immediately

Submit a support request as soon as possible after placing your order. Time is critical.

Provide order details

Include your order number, email address used for the purchase, and clearly state you want to cancel.

Wait for confirmation

We'll review your request and confirm whether the cancellation was successful.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Already shipped: Orders that have left our warehouse
  • In processing: Orders already being prepared for shipment
  • Custom/personalized items: Items made specifically for you
  • Flash sale items: Orders placed during limited-time promotions may have restrictions

🚫 If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if you no longer want the item.

What Happens After Cancellation?

If your cancellation is successful:

  • Refund initiated: We'll process a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refund timing: Expect the refund within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Confirmation email: You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund

Alternatives to Cancellation

If you can't cancel your order, you have other options:

  • Refuse delivery: In some cases, you can refuse the package when it arrives (it will be returned to us)
  • Return after delivery: Accept the package and initiate a return within our 90-day window
  • Exchange: Request an exchange for a different item or size
