I didn't receive order confirmation

What to do if you haven't received your order confirmation email after placing an order.

After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you haven't received one, don't panic – there are several reasons this might happen and easy steps to resolve it.

📧 Order confirmation emails are sent automatically once your payment is processed. If you completed checkout and saw a "Thank you for your order" page, your order was likely placed successfully.

First Things to Check

Before contacting support, please verify the following:

Check your spam/junk folder

Order confirmation emails sometimes get filtered. Search for emails from our store domain.

Verify the email address

Make sure you entered your email correctly at checkout. A typo could send the confirmation elsewhere.

Check your "Promotions" or "Updates" tab

Gmail and other providers sometimes sort order emails into separate tabs.

Wait a few minutes

Sometimes email servers experience delays. Wait 15-30 minutes before taking further action.

Was My Payment Processed?

To verify if your order went through:

  • Check your bank/card statement: Look for a pending or completed charge from our store.
  • Check PayPal/payment provider: If you used PayPal or another provider, log into your account to verify the transaction.
  • Look for a "Thank you" page: If you saw an order confirmation page after checkout with an order number, your order was placed.

⚠️ If you were charged but didn't receive confirmation, DO NOT place the order again. This could result in duplicate charges. Contact our support team instead.

Common Reasons for Missing Confirmation

  • Typo in email address: The most common reason. Even a small typo will send the email to the wrong address.
  • Email filters: Overly aggressive spam filters may block order confirmations.
  • Full inbox: If your inbox is full, new emails won't be delivered.
  • Server delays: Occasional delays in email delivery can occur during high-traffic periods.
  • Payment declined: If your payment didn't go through, no confirmation is sent.

How to Get Your Confirmation Resent

If you've checked everything above and still haven't received your confirmation:

Provide your full name, email address used at checkout, and approximate order date/time.

Our team will search for your order using your payment details or name.

Confirmation resent

We'll resend your order confirmation to the correct email address and provide your order number.

What If My Order Wasn't Placed?

If we can't find your order and you weren't charged, your order wasn't completed. This can happen if:

  • You closed the browser before checkout completed
  • There was a payment error (declined card, insufficient funds)
  • Internet connection was lost during checkout

In this case, you'll need to place your order again. Items in your cart may still be saved.
