Need to change the delivery address for your order? Whether you can make changes depends on the current status of your order. Here's what you need to know.

Address Changes by Order Status

Your ability to change the shipping address depends on where your order is in the fulfillment process:

âś“ Order Just Placed (Processing)

Address change is usually possible. Contact us immediately with your order number and new address. We'll update it if the order hasn't been packed yet.

âš  Order Shipped (In Transit)

Changes are very limited once shipped. You may be able to contact the carrier directly for certain redirects, but this often incurs additional fees and isn't guaranteed.

âś— Out for Delivery / Delivered

Address changes are not possible at this stage. If you miss delivery, the package may be returned to sender or held at a local facility for pickup.

How to Request an Address Change

If your order is still processing, follow these steps:

  • Contact us immediately – Time is critical. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of making changes.
  • Provide your order number – Include this in your request so we can locate your order quickly.
  • Include the complete new address – Provide full details: street, apartment/unit number, city, state/province, postal code, and country.
  • Wait for confirmation – We'll reply to confirm whether the change was successful.

⚠️ We cannot guarantee address changes even for orders still in processing. Once an order enters our fulfillment system, changes may not be possible.

Options After Your Order Has Shipped

If your order has already shipped:

  • Contact the carrier directly: Some carriers offer package intercept or redirect services for an additional fee.
  • Leave delivery instructions: Ask a neighbor, building manager, or someone at the original address to accept the package for you.
  • Wait for delivery attempt: If no one is home, the carrier may leave a notice with options to redirect or pick up from a local facility.
  • If returned to sender: Contact us for a refund or to have the order re-shipped to the correct address (shipping fees may apply).

Tips to Prevent Address Issues

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout
  • Include apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Ensure the postal/zip code is correct for your area
  • If shipping to a business, include the company name
  • Add delivery instructions for hard-to-find locations

đź”´ Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for refund or replacement if the package cannot be recovered.
