We ship to customers worldwide! International orders may have different delivery times and may be subject to customs duties and taxes. This guide explains what you need to know when ordering from outside our primary shipping regions.

International Delivery Times

Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination. All times are estimates and begin after processing (2-3 business days):

Region Estimated Delivery

Middle East & Africa15-30 business days
South America20-35 business days

📦 Delivery is available on weekdays only (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout
  • Determined by your country's customs office based on the declared value
  • Payable by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance
  • Not refundable by us, even if you return the item

⚠️ We are not responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, or taxes imposed on your order. Please check with your local customs office for information about import regulations and fees in your country.

Tracking International Orders

International tracking works the same as domestic tracking, but there are some differences:

  • Tracking may show limited updates once the package leaves the origin country
  • Updates may pause during customs processing (this is normal)
  • Local carrier tracking may become available once the package clears customs
  • Allow extra time for tracking to update during international transit

Customs Processing Delays

Your package may be held by customs for inspection. Common reasons include:

  • Random inspection by customs authorities
  • Incomplete or unclear customs documentation
  • Items requiring special permits or certifications
  • High volume periods at customs facilities

🚫 If customs requires additional information or payment, they will contact you directly. Failure to respond or pay duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed. We cannot intervene in customs processes.

Tips for International Orders

  • Provide a complete address: Include all required fields, postal codes, and phone numbers
  • Research import fees: Check your country's duty-free threshold before ordering
  • Be patient: International shipping takes longer than domestic delivery
  • Track regularly: Monitor your package and respond promptly to any customs notifications
  • Keep documentation: Save your order confirmation and tracking information
