What Counts as Defective?
A product is considered defective or faulty if it:
- Doesn't function as intended or described
- Has manufacturing defects (stitching issues, missing components, etc.)
- Breaks or malfunctions under normal use
- Has quality issues that weren't visible at first inspection
- Differs significantly from product specifications
✅ For confirmed defective items, we cover return shipping costs. You won't pay to send faulty products back to us.
What's Not Covered?
The following are not covered under our quality guarantee:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Items modified or altered after purchase
- Issues reported after 90 days from delivery
- Cosmetic preferences (color slightly different from screen)
How to Make a Claim
Follow these steps to report a defective item:
Take photos or videos showing the defect clearly. If it's a functionality issue, describe what's not working.
Submit a request through our contact portal with your order number, photos, and detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Once approved, select a refund, replacement, or exchange. We'll provide return instructions if needed.
Your Options
For confirmed defective items, you can choose:
- Full refund: Get your money back to your original payment method
- Free replacement: Receive a new item shipped at no extra cost
- Exchange: Swap for a different product of equal value
Return Shipping for Defective Items
For confirmed defective or faulty items:
- We cover return shipping costs - you won't pay to send it back
- We'll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs
- In some cases, we may not require you to return the defective item
⚠️ Items must be in brand new condition as received. Keep all original packaging and tags until your claim is processed.
Special Note on Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are normally non-returnable: panties, socks, inner-wear, bra-pads, and shapewear. However, if these items arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong item, we will still provide a refund or replacement.
