What Qualifies as "Not as Described"?

An item is considered not as described when there are significant differences from the listing, such as:

  • Different material than stated (e.g., polyester instead of cotton)
  • Significantly different size or dimensions than listed
  • Missing features that were advertised
  • Different functionality than described
  • Pattern or design substantially different from images

• Dress listed as "midi length" but arrived as mini length

• Product advertised with 5 pockets but only has 3

• Color appears slightly different than on screen (monitor variations)

• Minor styling differences that don't affect function

• Changed your mind about the style or fit

How to Report the Issue

If your item doesn't match the description, follow these steps:

Take a screenshot of the original product listing showing the description or feature that differs from what you received.

Take clear photos of the item you received, highlighting the differences from the listing.

Submit a request with your order number, the screenshots, and a clear explanation of how the item differs.

Our team will compare your evidence with the listing and respond within 24-48 hours.

Available Solutions

If we confirm the item doesn't match the description, you can choose from:

  • Full refund: Receive your money back to the original payment method
  • Exchange: Swap for a different item if the original is unavailable
  • Partial refund: Keep the item with a partial refund for the discrepancy
