We apologize if you've received the wrong item. This can happen due to fulfillment errors, but we'll make it right. Here's how to resolve the issue quickly.

If you received the wrong item, we'll send you the correct item or provide a full refund. We cover return shipping for our mistakes.

What Counts as "Wrong Item"?

You've received the wrong item if:

  • You received a completely different product than ordered
  • The color is entirely different (not just slight variation)
  • The size is different from what you selected
  • You received someone else's order
  • The style or variant is different from your order

How to Report a Wrong Item

Don't discard any packaging

Keep all packaging, labels, and tags. We may need information from these to investigate.

Take photos of the item received

Photograph the item you received, including any labels or tags showing the product details.

Find your order confirmation

Have your order number ready along with details of what you originally ordered.

Submit a request with photos, your order number, and explain what item you received versus what you ordered.

How We'll Resolve It

Once we verify the error, you can choose from these options:

  • Correct item shipped: We'll send the item you originally ordered at no extra cost
  • Full refund: If you prefer, we'll refund the full purchase price
  • Keep the wrong item: In some cases, we may let you keep the wrong item while sending the correct one

📦 We cover all return shipping costs for wrong items. You won't pay anything to send it back.

Return Process

If we need the wrong item returned:

  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Package the item securely in original packaging if possible
  • Drop off at the designated carrier location
  • Your correct item or refund will be processed once we receive the return
