How to exchange an item

Need a different size or color? Here's how to exchange your item within 90 days.

Ordered the wrong size or want a different color? We offer exchanges within 90 days of delivery so you can get exactly what you want. Here's everything you need to know about our exchange process.

↔️ Exchanges are available within 90 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style. Items must be in brand new condition with original tags attached.

What's Eligible for Exchange

You can exchange items for:

  • A different size of the same item
  • A different color of the same item
  • A different style or product of equal value

⚠️ Note: Hygiene items (underwear, socks, shapewear, bra pads) cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or as the wrong item.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us

Submit a request through our contact portal. Select "Exchange" and provide your order number and the item you want to exchange.

Specify What You Want

Tell us what size, color, or item you'd like instead. We'll check availability and confirm your exchange.

Ship Your Item Back

Once approved, pack the item in its original condition and ship it to the address we provide. Keep your tracking number.

Receive Your New Item

When we receive your return, we'll ship out your replacement item and send you tracking information via email.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet these requirements:

  • Within 90 days: Exchange request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date
  • Brand new condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags attached: Original tags must still be on the item
  • Not a hygiene item: Unless damaged/defective/wrong item

What If My Exchange Item Is Out of Stock?

If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we'll contact you with these options:

  • Choose a different item or color
  • Wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable)
  • Receive a full refund instead
