90-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective item within 90 days of delivery, you have the following options:

Swap for a different size, color, or style.

For confirmed faulty items, we cover the return shipping costs. You won't pay anything to send it back.

Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues

Changed your mind about the size or color? No problem! You can exchange items within 90 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Customer pays return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties and underwear
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Inner-wear and bra pads
  • Shapewear and bodysuits

⚠️ Exception: If any hygiene item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will provide a refund or replacement. Contact us with photos of the issue.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is within 90 days of delivery date
  • The item is in brand new condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging are intact (where applicable)
